A flower vase

A flower vase, filled with various flowers such as daisies, lilies, roses, daffodils, tulips, etc., brings different fragrances and thoughts to anyone who smells and sees them.

The vase was placed on the reception counter, not only catching everyone's eyes with the beauty of each petal but also kept in half a jar of water to stay fresh throughout the day.

They were bathed in the sunlight streaming through the window.

In that transparent jar, a very tiny fish swam, mimicking a stream.

The subtle sounds of the receptionist breathing in and out created a soft murmur, while the air conditioner added an eerie ambiance.

The vase spread joy and happiness throughout the day. The scent of each flower spoke of life's serenity.

As days passed...

The flowers began to dry...

Their life was stifled by the room's oppressive atmosphere...

The clock's ticking was incessant...

Its three hands moved restlessly from one digit to the next...

Petals from the dried flowers began to fall from their stalks... Clouds grew darker...

The silence of the night reminded us of the moon's gentle reflection of love...

Birds chirped before settling down to sleep; the hoot of an owl and the deeper chirps of the night filled the air.

The flowers were carelessly thrown out of the window... Let's liken our lives to a flower vase. We observe the flowers, fish, sunlight, and clouds, all moving in parallel. Over the years, like the flowers that dry, we too are caught by old age and death... Yet, in the silence of the night, we find happiness and joy within ourselves and extend it to those around us...

The vase with flowers represents the cycle from life to death.

It reminds us to show compassion to our peers, colleagues, and beyond...

Let's embark on a new journey of life...

Let's live in the moment...
